In the unlikely event that your Kaboodle Hamper is damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 weeks and we will automatically replace it with a gift of equal or greater value. Please note that a photograph will be required for the replacement of any damaged goods.
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage.
Cancellation/ Changing Orders
An AU $10.00 administration fee may apply to cancellations of, or changes to orders within 24 hours of the despatch time. Once despatched from our store, cancellation is no longer possible.
