Kaboodle Hampers uses reputable contract couriers for its deliveries. Namely Australia Post, Start Track and Direct Couriers.
All our gift hampers are dispatched from Kaboodle Hampers’ headquarters in Sydney.
Delivery fee's are calculated at time of checkout based per hamper, Australia-wide.

Tracking your Delivery
Making sure your order arrives safely is a breeze with Kaboodle Hampers. We send a notification email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. That email includes delivery details and a link to allow you to track your hamper.

We’ve chosen a network of Australia’s best couriers to ensure your order arrives on time and in the condition you expect. Every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery.
In the event of lost and/or damaged goods
At Kaboodle Hampers, we take every possible precaution against damage or soiling of your hamper prior to transport. However, accidents can occur on the road and in transit.
If your hamper arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately on 1300 846 770. In the case of a damaged item, you will be required to supply a photo of the item in question so we can follow up on your behalf. All damaged orders that are verified by photo will be replaced.
To guard against loss or theft of your hamper, we recommend you choose an address where someone will be present to accept the order. Kaboodle Hampers and the courier companies won’t take responsibility for items left that are lost or stolen.
We can’t guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at the specified time or place.
Standard Delivery Times
Getting your Kaboodle Hamper to you in a reasonable timeframe depends on your location. Orders received before 12.00pm AEST are dispatched the same afternoon. Order received after 12.00pm will be dispatched the next working day.
The average delivery times for Australian metropolitan areas:
- NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 1-3 business days
- SA metro: 3-5 business days
- TAS metro: 4-5 business days
- WA, NT metro: 5-10 business days
- All regional areas: 1-4 additional business days to metro estimates above
- Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed when standard shipping is selected. We’ll always do our best to aim for delivery on the requested date but cannot offer 100% assurance
Please note: Deliveries during the lead-up to Christmas can take longer than usual. Please allow extra time to accommodate any unforeseen delivery delays during peak periods.
Delivery times outside of the metro to country/regional areas may take 1-4 additional working days.
Australia is a wide brown land. Some remote parts are not serviced by standard courier companies. If you are delivering to remote parts of Australia, parcels will be delivered to the closest Australia Post outlet. From here, they will either be delivered with regular mail or marked for pick-up by the recipient. Delivery or pick-up is at the discretion of that particular Australia Post outlet.
Extreme weather conditions and events of force majeure can and will affect and delay the delivery of hampers by courier services.
Same Day Delivery for Sydney Metro
If you are looking to make an impression fast, Kaboodle Hampers can help with our same day delivery service to the Sydney Metro area.
This service is available to selected Sydney Metro postcodes and is calculated at time of checkout. Up to 4 hampers can be delivered to one address at any given time.
To access this service, select the same day delivery option at your order’s checkout and enter your postcode.
- Orders placed before midday (9am AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be delivered on the same day Orders placed after midday (9am AEST) or on a weekend will be delivered on the following business day
Please note: The same day Sydney delivery service is not available to PO Box addresses.
Due to the high volume of orders we receive in the lead up to Christmas, same day Sydney orders may be delivered as late as 8pm. If you wish for your delivery to be made before 5pm during December, please order as early as possible (before 10am is ideal).

To make use of Kaboodle Hampers bulk ordering system:
- Allow additional time when you place your order outside our standard delivery timeframes. While we endeavour to deliver our hampers to our standard timeframes, we may require extra time to fulfil your order. This is usually based on the size of the order, items selected and/or custom elements required. We suggest you allow an additional 3 to 5 working days for your bulk hamper orders
- For corporate branding orders, please allow an additional 5 to 15 working days. This will ensure the design, printing, decoration and assembly of your order. This includes any DIY custom selection hampers and/or hampers that require that special company branding touch

Christmas is a very busy period. Even Santa asks for a little extra time to fulfil his orders! Please allow an additional 1-4 days for delivery on top of the Kaboodle Hampers standard delivery times to ensure your gift arrives on time.
If you are ordering a bulk order of hampers across multiple addresses, please download and complete our Bulk Order form. Email your completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a quote on the shipping costs.
You can save on shipping costs by having bulk orders shipped to one address. Please contact our office for a quote on shipping bulk orders to the same address.
Weekends / Public Holidays
We do not delivery hampers on weekends or public holidays. The hard working Kaboodle Hampers team need to take time off to be with family and friends. This includes our chosen courier companies. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business working day. For example: If you place your order for delivery to Melbourne on a Friday night, your order will be dispatched on Monday. Please allow for this when placing your order.
PO Boxes / Offices / Home Addresses
Courier companies in Australia do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you only have a PO Box address (and not a physical building address), please let us know. In cases where only a PO BOX is available, we dispatch the hamper to the nominated Australia Post office. Please be aware Australia Post takes longer to deliver than a courier company. You will be required to provide ID in order to pick up your hamper and this will be through their customer service desk during normal opening hours.
If you are gifting your hamper, a popular option is to send it to their place of work as opposed to home. That way, it can be delivered safely during business hours. If hampers are delivered to a home address, please provide ‘authority to leave’ in writing under our special delivery instructions heading.
Please note: Hampers that are left unattended are vulnerable to theft. We suggest ensuring someone is able to collect our hampers at the address given. We cannot take responsibility for the loss or theft of a hamper that is not signed for.
Specific Delivery Dates
Want your gift hamper delivered on a specific date? Let us know the date and allow extra time beyond our standard delivery times. Adding a couple of extra days to cover any delays from our courier’s end to be completely safe is always a good idea. Please be aware that final responsibility for delivery days and times lies with the external courier company. So adding some extra days helps!
Kaboodle Hampers only delivers within Australia. For other destinations, we recommend choosing a local provider in the country of delivery. However, if you’re unable to find a suitable local provider or wouldn’t dream of choosing anything other than a Kaboodle Hampers’ product, we may be able to make special provisions to deliver to your desired location. Additional delivery costs will be added to your order. Please contact us for an international quote.
Peak Season Deliveries
At certain times of the year, we will need more time to fulfil your orders than others. This is usually during our peak periods. At Kaboodle Hampers, our peak seasons are Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. During these peak times, 1-4 additional working days may be required for delivery. Get your order in early to avoid disappointment.
Incorrect Delivery Information
The delivery address information you provide needs to be true and correct in order for us to fulfil your order. If the address you give is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot take responsibility for lost items.
When including your delivery information, please include all relevant details such as:
- The company name (where applicable)
- The correct street name and number
- The correct apartment/unit and/or suite number
- The complete building address (including building name, floor etc)
- Suburb, postcode and state
- A working contact phone number
In the event we’re unable to deliver and the gift is returned to dispatch, we can redeliver the hamper. A redelivery charge of $25.00 may apply if the fault is with the delivery details provided.
Product Quality Guaranteed
At Kaboodle Hampers, we make every effort to ensure your hamper is packed appropriately for transit. In the unlikely event your gift is damaged, please contact us ASAP on 1300 846 770 and we will organise a replacement. Please note: a photo is required for proof of damage purposes.
